My sister is starting to go through menopause and gets mad easily. She is also obese. Her doctor put her on an antidepressant for the mood swings and it has helped, but I think it has helped others with depression and it has certainly helped my depression and the mood swings that i have due to the depression. I have also lost over 40 pounds due to the Topamax and I also think that would be of help to my sister. What do you think?
It works well for some people. But there are plenty of other meds if it's not working for you... Lamictal, Neurontin, Depakote, Lithium.. Your doctor can find what's most appropriate for you. |
