Do women still have vaginal discharge after their menopause?

Do women still have vaginal discharge after their menopause?

There is still SOME, but because vaginal moisture is directly influenced by estrogen levels, the amount of discharge WILL taper off.

Many women find using an OTC lube is a good alternative, especially if they only feel dryness/discomfort during intercourse. Others get so dry all the time that they end up getting a prescription estrogen cream that's used inside the vagina. Everyone is different.
