Hi, My wife went through menopause and I was wondering where my sperm goes in her now?

Should I wear a condom from now on, or where does my sperm go in her? It won't harm her, will it?

Just because she went through menopause does not mean that her body created some "secret" passage way that the sperm goes into now... it goes into the same place it used to go, only difference is she doesn't have a period any more and no ovulation or chance of pregancy...
It goes the same place it did before. She just isn't ovulating anymore, so you cannot get her pregnant!!!! YEAH!!!!

There is no need to use protection.
No you don't need a condom, sperm isn't going to hurt her!
it goes to the same exact place as before the difference is that she is not ovulating anymore so there is not pregnancy . since there are not more eggs coming down every month which is why she does not have her period anymore.
