I have a problem trackin my menstrual cycle is there an easy way to do it. like a website?

i heard about a website that lets u track ur period what is the name of it?

http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/

uuuuhhhhhhh

Can you just put an X on the calender when it starts? I think a website would be a little overkill. But still, that sounds like a great idea.

UPDATE: just found it, here is the website, happy tracking

use a calender

Set the alarm on your cell phone.

You're supposed to have your period every 28 days. Write it down on a calender.

Just keep a word document. Insert the date of whenever you get your period. For example, your document might look like this:

11/06/07
12/3/07

So on and so forth, works for me!

Just take your daytimer or calendar and put a big "M" on it when you start. Draw a line to show how long to go.

screw websites.
get a calendar and a red sharpie and make a red dot on the days you have your period.

I sometimes have the same problems it is so easy you don't even need to go on the internet all you have to do is if you have a calender mark on date the day you got your period so then the next time your close to having it you'll know when you are going to have it again.

I would just put a little red dot on the calendar when you start....?

OMG- it is probably Tampax or Kotex.
get a free mini calendar at a card shop and mark it down.
Or basically if you have a date or are wearing white or it is a holiday- you will have your period.

I have a white board in my kitchen and I just write the 1st day of my period every month. I started in November so I wrote Nov 24 and then Dec 21 ... It's been pretty easy. Cause the bathroom is right near the kitchen so as soon as I get it I see the white board and remember to write it down.

i just highlight the day i started on a calender so i can go back and look...a website is a little much

I created a MS Excel spreadsheet that calculates the expected days with 2 day period. This was created for my wife and seems to be fairly accurate. Take the dates and program them in Yahoo Calendar, then send a reminder text message to your cell phone.

That should help as a friendly or unfriendly reminder.

Have you tried a reg. calender? I use a calender to help with my menstrual cycle.

hey,
I have found a great software you can download n your PC. It calculates the date for you and also has folowing features
:
* Easy-to-use calendar predicts ovulation date and dates with increased probability of pregnancy.
* Vacation planner - scroll to view future menstrual cycle dates.
* Due Date calculator 鈥?calculates the due date for the child conceived during current cycle.
* All cycle dates input into the calendar are available for review and editing.
* The calendar graphs your cycles duration over the last 12 months.
* The calendar calculates cycle duration statistics including average and standard deviation.
* Text Comments can also be typed in (currently not available on Smartphone).
* The calendar automatically saves all you cycle dates into a text file for review on Pocket PC or desktop computer.
* You can save all data into a CSV file (comma separated values text file) for backup, archival, and editing.
* You can load data from the CSV file into the cycle calculator software.

The link to get that is here:---

Thanks

i have the same problem

Why put something that private out to the public? I draw a star on a calender on the day I start every month. This also helps me to keep track of my teenage daughters.

Would it not be easier to put a hint on your calender or in your phone where it is a little more private, and you can easily keep track by counting 28 days and marking it out, this is the usual cycle, you can therefore look and see when you are early or late.
