Girls Only! (Menstrual Problems Early In the Morning..)?

fuuuuuck.
it's just about 2am and I'm having really bad menstrual pains. I still have homework to do, and I'm out of asprin..I haven't taken anything yet. What do i do? Please someone help!

Ice pack on your tummy. It draws the blood away from the uterus and stops the cramping pretty quick. Then you can follow up with a little heat.

banana's are great for cramps.

Get yourself a nice hot water bottle and cuddle up with it.

Bananas and heating pads.

Drink hot tea...or something warm....it will soothe your tummy...don't drink anything cold.

It's perfectly natural to have and early or delayed menstrual cycle, as for the pain thats part of the package.

Chamomile tea relaxes the muscles of the uterus. Also hot bath and using a heating pad on your tummy....I know it's 2am but exercise also helps.

Go outside and take a short walk. Then take a warm shower.

Get warm. Excercise, cover up well, drink something warm. Chamomile tea is good, as it's a mild anti inflamatory / pain suppresant. Ibuprofen (aka Advil, Motrin, Quadrax) is good, but the tea will work better, and it's natural.

Go to a 24-hour store and buy some pain reliever. Seriously. It's the only long-lasting comfort.

hot bath, heating pad and vitamin b
