Menstrual problems... please help im scared?

just to start i'm 19 and had my period for 6 years now and i know the type i have and whats normal and not. (moderate flow and very bad cramps for the first two days which causes vomiting and sometimes causes me to pass out and i cant go on the pill because i don't have insurance because my family cant afford it)
last week on the 13th i got my period, in the early morning of the 18th it stopped which is normal for me
but i woke up with severe cramps a little while ago and when i went to the bath room i discovered im bleeding again (very light) but i have extremely painful cramps almost worse than normal. i don't know what to do, please help, i looked it up online and nothing i read seemed to be what im experiencing.

Most women will have an occasional irregular cycle. It doesn't mean that anything is terribly wrong with you, sometimes it's just your body's way of evening things out.

The period symptoms you're describing are not normal at all. Most women don't have cramps that cause vomiting or that cause them to pass out. You may have a condition that needs a doctor's care. I saw what you said about your family not being able to afford it, but there's plenty of public funding for women to get pelvic exams and birth control. There is probably a public health clinic in your area that could treat you. Also, planned parenthood charges on a sliding scale, meaning that they will not charge you more than you can afford. Some states have a women's health program that's much easier to qualify for than regular Medicaid...I live in TX and they have a program that will pay for low-income women to get a women's health checkup once a year. Whatever's causing your extreme symptoms could cause fertility problems in the future, so it's really important for you to find a way to go to a doctor. Please take good care of yourself, you shouldn't have to suffer two days a month when you're basically incapacitated by your period.

it could just be very normal, but many times (if youre sexually active) it could be a miscarriage, i think its like 3outof 5 women never know that they go through a miscarriage, i just recently went through one, and usually if your a little far into the preganancy it hurts u little more, but if it isnt that, then it should go away by tomorrow.
