How can i cope wtih irregular menstrual problems? |
My monthly period does not have a free flow until after 3 to 5 days before it starts to flow freely. It comes like spots during this time. What do you think it is? see a doctor the pill is fantastic my periods are now so regular and also much less painful. the coil is also suppose to be quite good, my mate has it and says she barely gets a period anymore. I would recommend going to the DR, there could actually be more serious problems that you are not aware of. actually i have heard this is quite common , some women spot before they have their period , also , it may be because your age , if it is within a year of your first period then dont worry bout it but if your older then it could just be a change in diet or the pill if you are taking it , but just to be on the safe side get it checked up , you can call your doctor and tell them the symptoms and they may be able to give you a diagnosis or further checkup. nursing student |
