Does fish oil help with menstrual problems? |
if it does how many do i have to take a day. I don't think that fish oil helps, but B vitamins do. Well I take one a day, every day, but I take them for my eyes. I still get menstrual problems like cramps and bloating though. I dont think they really help this. But it couldnt hurt to take them anyway! Omega 3 fish oil reduces the risk of coronary heart disease. My search pulled up nothing about menstrual problems. sorry. If you would like you can call 1-(877)- 273-9255 and ask the nutritionist. about Omega3 fatty acids. good cholesterol.1200-2400mg per day. |
