Can you help me with my menstrual problem?

First off, my female organs have a clean bill of health. I had a D&C and a polyp removed about 4 months ago ans then had my tubes cleared. Everything is A_OK in that way. My problem is that after all that I got my period and have had it for about 2 months now. The last time this happened the Dr put me on progesterone and it worked. (needed it for the D&C). To my understanding I'm just not ovulating. I'm more interested in a way to regulate my cvcle and get me ovulating again without the Dr putting me on drugs again. I'm also trying to have a baby. I'm 30 but my husband is 40 so my clock is ticking with his age. Any push in the right direction would be appreciated. I am just tired of going to the Dr. (been having problems with my period since I was 15 and only was able to have a dr take me seriously in the last 4 years). Thanks.

If you are ovulating normally, age of your husband does not matter, Semen of even a man at the age of 60 contains sperms in sufficient amount to make one pregnant, just if you don't mind get ultrasonographical study of your ovulation done to know the proper time & date of ovulation for the definite chances of concieving, & don't miss sex during those days, you will concieve definitely, do not take stress, it also hampers ovulation.
All the best, May God bless you with babies.
hmm i dont know what else u could do without a doctors help...u could try natural remedies...go to ur local health food store.
well first you need to eat regular and matain fibers your cycle is not really abnormal
I would take birth control but only take it for about 4 months this will get your period regulated and after you stop taking them you should start ovulating in about a month so you would be able to try for a baby
