Menstrual problem...?

On the 1st day of menstrual, i drank cold carbonated drinks. On the 2nd day, i have excessive bleeding (wet my tampon real quick) and some blood clots for like 1 to 2 hours. Is this normal coz of the cold drinks?

This is perfectly normal. Sodas are not good for you in general, but they wouldn't have this effect on menstruation.

You answered your own question. Stress messes with all your systems, and a woman's cycle is usually the most vulnerable and obvious. You could have also lifted something heavy and this speeded up extra discharge for a little while. That happens to me whenever I lift heavy things on my period.
normal to have a heavy period every now and then . if your period last for more than maybe 10 days then see a doctor
I don't think that it's related, but it's possible that maybe your body reacted like it was apirin that you were drinking. Or maybe it's the stress.....anyhow don't trouble yourself about it.
I would say that what you're describing is a normal period, and has nothing to do with the soft drinks. If you want to test it out, next time you have your period, don't drink any soft drinks. If your bleeding is really heavy and you're concerned about it, maybe go to the doctor?
maybe
you might have fibroids, depending on how old you are
if you're age 37 to 49 you might have them, fibroids due cause
heavy bleeding and blood clots, check with your obgyn to make sure you don't have them
