Why is it that some women develop a lot of problem during their menstrual period?

I always notice that my wife suffers a lot of problem whenever her period is about to start. That`s what makes me to ask around but couldn`t get any help.

My mother, sister, and grandmother all have something called endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition, usually resulting in pain and dysmenorrhea, that is characterized by the abnormal occurrence of functional endometrial tissue outside the uterus.

It's not a pleasent thing, and can make periods a lot worse. if your wife is only getting bad paid during her menstrual period then I'd doubt she'd have that... But it actually isn't unusual for women to have bad paid. not all women do have it, but it is common. they can have it sometimes too. they don't nessisarily have it all the time, it's just a joy of being a woman!

It might be a good idea to talk to a doctor though. just to check if you are that worried about it. even if they don't find something wrong with her, they can proscribe good pain killers and things like that.
due to hormon changing
due to harmons changes ............person should take rest and lot of enrich nutrition food with water
tell her to stop whining and go make dinner.
Due to their harmonal imbalance. But they can avoid it with their willpower.
TAKE IT EASY O BABY
Try an over the counter pain reliever like Pamprin, or Mydol which are made specifically for this.
Ibuprofin or Aleive(naprosin)also work for some women.
Women tend to cramp up to a week before their period, and many women experience bloating due to water retention. Avoid salty foods, and caffeinated beverages. Caffeine stimulates cramping, and salt wakes the body retain water. Also encourage her to take a womans daily multi-vitamin, and eat a diet rich in protein, but nutrient balanced.

A heating pad applied to the lower abdomen, and back may soothe away strong cramps, offer her a back rub, help her relax and her period won't be as stressful on her or you.

Have her discuss her problems with her doctor, and they may have a solution if cramping, excess blood/fluid loss, and mood swings are uncontrollable.
I'm a woman and can relate.
