I have a problem tracking my menstrual Cycle. how soon after your period finishes does it start again.? Count 28 days from the day you *start*. Everyone lasts for a different length of time so you have to count from the beginning. You might be slightly less than 28 or slightly more, if you track in a diary, you'll soon work out which you are. 28 days Start taking oral contraceptives and your cycle will be like clock work. If you have other problems related to your menstrual cycle, such as head aches or cramps, the Pill will probably be a big help to you. Same old story " see a doctor " ! Your health is the most important thing you have. Be good to yourself. the next month :) every women is different for some people it's 15 days some 20 and some people just know because you get that uncomfortable feeling (like cramps) before they start. some people know that they are about to start because there face starts to break out. you just have to know your body. DON'T TRUST THE CALENDER !!!!!!! don't always work out. try my monthlycycle.com. you can keep track of it on that website. It can vary, depending on the woman. An 'average' cycle is roughly 28 days, but it can run anywhere from 21-35 days. Generally, count the day your period starts as day 1. You should usually ovulate between days 12-15, and then your period should show up roughly 2 weeks later. Again, it varies on the woman. |
