Migraines.?

i suffer from migraines and i just wanted to know how other people who have them also get rid of them. im under 18 so i cant get the little shots yet :/

Please try this.
there are acupuncture points on the mandibles (this is where the lower jawbone is hinged and attached to the top jaw bone.
To find these points place your 2 fore fingers on the sides of the jaw bone, then move your jaw up and down, until you find the hinge. These points will be very tender massage these points until the tenderness goes.
If this does not work? You have not found the right points. Keep trying, because I know this works, My ex and myself can get rid of a migraine in a the matter of minutes, the earlier you do this the quicker it goes. GOOD LUCK.

I have suffered from migranes for over 12 years now and to be honest everything works at first but after a while they stop working. The best way to get rid of them is to try and sleep them off. I know sometimes it doesn't work but other times it does. Right now I'm on 750mg of Vicodin for them so hopefully it works this time at least for a while. I don't recommend Immetrex side effects from it were horrible. Good luck to you.

Firstly, prevention is the best medicine. It is wise to avoid those foods that trigger migraines and make sure that you are properly hydrated at all times.

Feverfew pills or an herbal formula with feverfew in it should help reduce the incidence of migraines.

Excedrin works for me. Or ibuprofen with a cup of coffee.

I'm not a big fan on pills, so I usually just drink detox tea. It helps detox the body.. which i find very helpful to my migranes!

i find taken migrafew its another product are bit like feverfew that comes from usa is worth ago too.

you should try yogic breathing exercises called Pranayam. Do Anulom-vilom Pranayam regularly for a few days, it will definately help you to overcome your migraine.

Perhaps you are deficient in magnesium. There is plenty of magnesium in nuts.
