Help! I'm worried about my friend! I think he might have a stomach ulcer or migraine condition? |
My best friend is 29 and he gets these strange symptoms on average, about once every six months. The symptoms are usually brought on when he has eaten something and his stomach begins to bother him (he has a bad stomach). First a blind spot appears in his vision and his eye sight starts to go suddenly until he can't see anything. This can last for hours, although sometimes it goes away. This is followed by stomach pains and sometimes he vomits. He gets quite distressed and says he feels like he is aching all over. It usually lasts for a whole day or night. I am really worried about him! He said he went to the doctor and he could not identify what was wrong. Please, can anybody help me? I don't know if these facts will help but he drinks a slightly higher than average amount of alcohol, has quite a bad allergy to dairy and has an averagely healthy diet. What could these symptoms be? I'm so worried, I love him and I want to help him so much. I would really appreciate advice. Thank you! He needs to see a Doctor. Sounds like the GERD that I had. Hurt like hell - the I got the pill lost some weight and changed my diet. Life is good again. please ask ur friend to relax......ask her to do meditation and yoga.... this is the cure for ur friend It sounds like a food allergy or an atypical migraine. It will take specialists and persistance to figure it out. |
