Hello, i woke up this morning and i have this POUNDING! headache i think it is a migraine but mabey not?

i have to go kinda slow cause if i jerk my head in any way is hurts really bad and I'm sensitive to light

I've been on these meds for about 2weeks now for my asthma maybe that is it also i was around gas and solvents yesterday so that might of caused it to

can any body diagnose me and how i can fix it PLEASE!
my head is f@ck1ng killing me!

Depending on what med you are on for your asthma, it may be the cause of your headache. Take some ibuprofen and lay down. That should help.

If it were a migraine you would have pain on one side of your head, nausea, vomiting, sensitive to light and sound and the pain will last for hours and for some even days.
You did not indicate if it was a steroid you were taking, but Steriods and other medications can and will cause symptoms like yours. The best advice is to contact your doctor and let him/her know what symptoms you are having especially if the headache is everyday.

So weird, I woke up today with the worst headache and have had it all day. lol.

But try drinking a lot of fluids, and try to lay down and rest a little. try not to think about the headache either. Try not to think about anything except relaxing.if you want to think about something that makes you happy, try that actaully.
Take a bath, that could help =]

Alot of medications cause headaches,
Maybe ask ur pharmasist the side affect of your medication can cause that.

u can maybe reduce ur medication a little bit to see if it affects it.

Migraines are no fun but normally dont last longer then 1 day.

Make sure you're not dehydrated. This is a common problem and can cause severe headache. Drink plenty of fluids - water, juice is best -no caffeinated beverages like coffee or tea. If possible drink Gatorade or something similar.
