If i took 3 advil about 3 hours ago and its not helping, how long do i wait to take excedrin migraine? You are probably fine. Advil is ibuprofen. Excedrin migraine has aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine. Try having a cup of coffee. Works for me with advil when I have a migraine. Call your pharmacist: this is the best person to answer those questions safely. :) |
