What medications can i take for a migraine while im pregnant? If tylenol, darkened quiet room, cool cloth on your forehead and peppermint oil rubbed into your temples is not going to cut it . . . and as a migraine sufferer, I know that sometimes it won't . . . you should call your doctor. I was prescribed Extra Strength Tylenol by my doc for migraines and cramps. I have been using them as needed since I was 6weeks pregnant and I'm now entering my 12th week and they work great. Of course you don't need a rx for them but I complained in her office and that's what she gave me. Hope this helps and good luck. The only thing my doctor really told me to take for migraines is Tylenol but make sure its extra strength Tylenol. That's what i use if that doesn't help go to your doctor and maybe he would prescribe something better Only thing I could take for them was Tylenol and shut myself off in a dark, quiet room. i was told i could continue my midrin best thing to do is ask your doctor good luck they suck migraines tylenol |
