Why do I get a migraine when I am tired? |
If I am out of my normal routine, I often get a migraine which is really debilitating. I drink loads of water and use Migraleve tablets (I am allergic to salicylates) which work but make me tired! Why is it that the body reacts in this way and gives me a migraine? This could be related to stress (an example only) or issues like with hormone levels (another example only). |
