Advise as to how to cure migraine?

Advise as to how to cure migraine?

got fed up with my migraine.
wrecks my life, wrecks my family.

through those times my best fried was the WALL
my pain reliever. the wall (i punch it with my fist, dont use your head)
my propylaxis. the wall and the floor (ill explain below)

no more migraines for me now.

thought id share what i did

everything could trigger it.

food
take out all sweets or anything that stimulate insulin
noodles, potatoes, bread, jams, soda
no oats, wheat and the sorts
no cookies
no starch, flour
no sugar

i eat veggies, steamed meat (fish, chicken, pork beef)
stay away from fried food for a while

body
close your eyes for around 15mins in the middle of the day
breath one or twice deeply and slowly
dont sleep

try relax back muscles of your head, neck and shoulder
this is what i do ( long method)
1. stand two feet away facing the wall
2. slowly lean your forehead on the wall
3. shift your body weight to your forehead
4. your body should be diagonal to the wall
5. you should look like these

this is the wall > | \ < you

6. notice that your shoulder and neck muscles are softer this way

(short method)
lie flat on your bed as in flat! or do it on the floor with thin mattress close your eyes but dont sleep

mind
do you have lingering problem?

smile every morning at the mirror.(optional)

try these for a month or so

now i can eat everything, i can do everything.
im happy, were happy, everyone is happy

now its your turn to be happy

Consider looking at your diet foods like cheese and chocolate can cause migrains in some people.

Talk to youre GP about medication can help to ease the pain and other symptoms of migrains.

Other than that dark rooms and sleep often help

Put an ice clod cloth on your head,,,a very strong tylenol or excedrin migraine.Lie down in a dark room.Sometimes it helps to make yourself throw up,gross as that sounds

Go to a cool dark room and sleep it away

Not a cure, but there are a number of different prescription medications for migraine. You can also try 800 mg of ibuprofen and a benadryl which will make you sleepy, but it might just help with the headache.

If it is a true migraine caffeine will help. If it is not it could be sinus pressure or something else. If the caffeine doen't help then I would see an MD. If the caffeine does help and they keep reoccuring then I would also seek medical advice about how to control them. Good luck!!

If it's a real migraine you should ask a medical doctor for prescription migraine medication.

If you just have a bad headache which you are calling a migraine, then that's what paracetamol was invented for.

I suffer bad migraines frequently lately.
The only way they go is if i can have decent sleep in a dark room with no noisy distractions.
Paracetamol or Ibuprofen don't work for me.
I just have to drink water, put a cold face washer on my head and sleep it out.

*it was extremely hard the other day when my neighbour kept using his damn chainsaw!

I was only able to get relief from prescription medication from my doctor. That over the counter stuff is junk.

Fioricet (generic Butalbital) works quite well. It is prescription medicine but can be purchased over the Internet after completing some medical questionnaires.

it's all in your head, literally hahahahahahahaha.

Just concentrate really hard and you can think it away. You will still feel it but it will just be another feeling like touching your arm or something.
