My hair extensions gave me a migraine?

I put in glue in hair extensions about 4 days ago and last night I started getting a migrane which made it very painful for me to lay my head down on my pillow because of my extensions. It was so bad today that i threw up and I had to get in a boiling hot shower to stop the pain where i was crying and pulled out the extensions which were attached with glue and ended up breaking quite a bit of my hair.

about an hour after taking them out my headache was 100% gone.

Does anyone else have this problem? I absolutely loved the way they looked and i want more in but I cannot bear another headache like that! Should I use a different glue or something?

try extensions that arent held onto your scalp with glue

that doesn't sound too comfortable

this might be because they are still growing out for about 2 weeks with bonded extensions headaches to occur this is because the bonds are dragging on your hair and they may be piercing into the back of your head you might also find that there are lumps from where the extensions have been joined.

This friend of mine I graduated with used to get migraines all the time...for YEARS, and finally one doctor told her she needed to cut her long (and very thick) hair. She did because she was desperate for her headaches to go away. This has been 5 years ago and she hasn't had one since! He said it had something to do with the weight and strain on her neck.
