How to bring on a migraine..? |
For a research paper on human psychology..are there people who can bring on migraines..like epileptics who bring on their own seizures?! Do some research in the controversial criticisms of aspartame. Interesting. It seems like diet coke might be linked to brain tumors and migraines, according to some. I certainly know I stopped having migraine headaches after I stopped eating and drinking artificial sweeteners. Caffeine is a much more likely cause of migraines and headaches than artificial sweeteners. If you want to bring on a migraine go to the caffeine extreme. If you drink it all the time, then quit drinking and if you don't ever drink it, drink a bunch. Some artificial sweeteners probably cause headaches and I know MSG does, so these are potential migraine inducers. i am a migraine sufferer. i can get a migraine by being around perfumes or strong scents. so i guess you could say that i could bring on a migraine if i wanted to but i try to avoid them. if you could find the trigger of the migraine then you could cause one. I am a severe migraine sufferer, and I don't know how to 'bring on' a migraine, but I do know that they can be caused by things such as tense muscles at the base of the neck, jaw problems, coffee and even certain types of cheese. Maybe you could bring on a migraine by forcing one of these triggers. I'm not sure. I try to avoid them. Hope this helps! |
