What makes ur migraines go away? |
I've tried everything. Form chewing tylenol, taking imitrex when I feel one coming on.trying to ignore it. I've had one for three days n nothing works. Some one told me dark chocolate or even caffeine. But I don't know what else to do. i was diagnosed with migraines and prescribed imitrex If you are deficient in magnesium 200 mg of magnesium every day might perhaps help. Are you sure you are having a migraine? If it is truly a migraine then the only good way to get rid of it is a very dark room and cool rag over the forehead. Have the house very quiet and try to go to sleep and it should go away with in the time you wake up and you will feel much better! If it does not then I suggest you go to the hospital because it probably is there for a warning because they don't just come on for nothing and it may not be a migraine it may be something else. GOOD LUCK Chocolate is one of the common causes of migraine in many people, so that's not the best advice you have been given. migraine so were you diagnosed that what you are experiencing is a migraine ther must be a cause to this problem right it can be stress or trauma seek a doctor if it gets to bad that its untolerable Go to the doctor and get some vicodin or percocet. Careful because they cause rebound headache's BUT can be very effective if used short time. |
