HELP! i cant take this anymore pl see what suits you. Sweetie, I feel for you. I've had migraines since I was 8. You need to tell your parents that you need to see a doc. There are a number of prescription drugs for you to try. You can get this under control. go and see your doctor i was like you and was at the end of rope . i tried everything and nothing worked . my doctor eventually decided the best route for me was beta blockers and it has made a big difference . also have you thought about getting your eyes tested as an optician can tell alot from there examination and even something as simple as strained eyes can give awfull headaches . best of luck . Perhaps you need to reduce your sugar intake. See item 71 (of items 1-146) in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm . Go to the doctor! You are much too young to have such devestating headaches. Talk to your parents! You need to see a doctor. There are so many good medicines out there right now. In the meantime, when you feel one coming on, lay in a dark room, use a cool washrag (not warm) put one across your forehead and across the back of your neck. Also, try focusing on your breathing. Deep breaths in then out. Sounds crazy but it works. Getting to the doctor quickly for some good meds is going to be your best bet though. I am on a truckload now. Good luck! |
