I have severe migraines and was just terminated from my job that I have had for 13 years. How do I deal?

My employer new my condition and has been kept up to date with everything, I hid nothing. He would always say take care of yourself. We have never had any policy in effect about sick days, vacation, anything. I would try to work everyday, but alot of times would have to come back home because of the lights and throwing up in between customers. I was an insurance agent. Then out of the blue I get a phone call saying I was terminated due to missing so much work. Now i'm so depressed, can't sleep, can't eat and migraines are worse. I don't know what to do no one would hire me with my condition. I can't pay bills, just feel like I let my family down.
Any advice? Oh and I live in mississippi which is an at will state.

I guess the worst thing is that I worked with the owner for almost 7 years before he retired. When I started working there the business was going under and I made it a very successful business. He knew my work ethics and the relationship I had with the customers. This just came as a major shock and really hurts. My daughter also worked there and they terminated her also, she is 7 months pregnant. I really am trying to put my I'M ok face on for the sake of my family, but when I am alone I cry and have been having major panic attacks on top of the migraines. I live in a small town so finding jobs here is pretty hard.
I would love to start my own agency, but of course that takes money, which I do not have.

My heart goes out to you.... My mom suffers with the same problem and topamax has been a great help to her. As for your job, you had a rotten boss to do this to you. There are work at home companies,do some digging on the computer and see what you come up with. I am sure you family understands... better than any one how much you suffer. GOOD LUCK TO YOU !!

Migraines can be caused by too much sugar so perhaps reducing your sugar intake might help. see item 71 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .

Coenzyme Q10 is supposed to help for the prevention of migraines.

Try replax I tryed everything and it is the only thing that works trust me you will thank me later. Good luck i hope you find another Job!!:-)
