Why do i get migraines when...?

i jog/run? First i see auras followed by a migraine head ache. I know this can't be normal, because I don't know anyone else who goes through that. How the heck is one supposed to jog with that problem? Should I be worried?

I get migraines when....

I am in bright sunlight
I see any kind of flashing light....even one flash; strobe light, blinking coupon machine at the grocery store, etc.
I eat msg
I eat grapefruit
I eat chocolate
I get overheated
I walk or run strenuously
I drink coffee
...and much, much more.

Everyone who gets migraines has "triggers" for their migraines. What to do? Keep a diary of every thing you do, eat, see, and a diary of the migraines. You will find a pattern and you will learn to modify your behavior. By the way, there are some terrific medicines out there that actually work without having to dope yourself on opiates. I used to have to go to the emergency room for a shot of Dilaudid I got so sick from migraines. Now at the first little flash of light or "fragmentation of vision" ----if I take the medicine before the symptoms go any further, I just don't get a migraine, at all, and I don't have side effects. Amazing!

Just to be on the safe side of healthy, I would check this out with a neurologist. It COULD just be you're that unlucky, or it COULD be a SYMPTOM of something serious. But we will never know until you get your 'head examined.' Literally.

Seriously.

Get your doctor's opinon on this one.

Check your Blood Pressure.
It means that you have high blood pressure and by jogging Blood Pressure goes higher so the headache.
