Do migraines run in your family? |
just wondering, do your eyes go out first? yes, but so do mental disorders No one in my family gets them. I never did either, until I quit smoking pot. Then for about six months or so, my eyes wouldn't focus properly and I'd get nauseous. The pain was never as intense as my sinus headaches, but I couldn't take any light. I guess it must've been the withdrawal because I don't get them anymore. Seems to, on my mother-side of the family! I think they do , I use to have them, now my daughter has them and my son had cluster headaches which is worse than migraines, if you can believe that. Yes you get tunnel vision with your eyes. migraines do run in my family- and I am a sufferer myself. It is the worst pain in the world to live thru when in full blown. Actually just got one coming on and only me and my sister get them it ususally starts between my eyes and nose then goes to my eyes. Yes. When my father and mother suffered, they did not take it seriouly.their remedey, 2 asprins and rest awhile.It did not help.I also suffer from migraine. Puts me out of action for a day or two. Nope Happily, No...!! no but i get them REALLY bad......... double vision? check.. nausea? check.... sledgehammer to the side of the head? check! but apart from that im as fit as a flea!!lol x Yeah they do. Mine are usually stress induced. No, they usually stay in one place. nope thank God yes yeah i get them from my father yes it does no. |

yes, but so do mental disorders so technically our sanity is the first to go then yes, my eye sight gets all blurry from the migraines really its only depression that runs in the family...and... They are called ice pick headaches. They hurt really bad for those few seconds and then it's all better. They as far as I know are a type of migraine. You can look it up on google. Here is... this might sound a lil weird/strange at first...BUT i have very severe migraines and u can only take so much medication for it until ur body doesnt even responde to it. Migraines can be a sign of a serious illness.. so you always want to rule out the major issues. Talk... I get migraines when.... I am in bright sunlight I see any kind of flashing light....even one flash; strobe light, blinking coupon machine at the grocery store, etc. I eat msg I eat grapefrui... pl see what suits you. If you are in cold country use all warm things. Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm. If you have cough/cold body hot water bat... Topamax is still under patent with Ortho-McNeil Neurologics, which means other drug companies cannot produce a generic version of the drug until August 2008 (when its patent expires).
