How to get rid of headaches or migraines? |
i take tylenol and advil and all that but some times they wont work for hours and hours, are there any other ways to deal with a headache Very easy Tanner, pl see what suits you. If you are experiencing chronic headaches/migraines. You should try to drink as much water as you can a day. Head pain is a sign of dehydration.. even if you think you not thirsty... your blood vessels swell and cause the pain in your head. If you already do that... I'd check with the doctor you may need your eyes checked. take the ibprofen (i usually take 800 mg, if the headache is really bad) lay down in a dark room with a cold wash cloth over your eyes. and if you can go to sleep for an hour or two.. sometimes that helps me. Talk to your doctor. |
