Iv been having continuious headaches and migraines.?


Im 13 and a vegetarian. When I wake up in the morning, I get dizzy. If Im sitting outside, I get dizzy, and while Im typing all of this, I have a headache. The headache usually starts at the eye and spreads. I dont know what its for. I get the protiens I need from peanuts and other things. I dont know why Im getting all these headaches. I have at least 2-4 a day, and random times.
And possible reasons why? I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but I do have 7 dogs and 4 cats and a couple more animals. I know Im not allergic to them.

Hello! Im 13 too! I have had many headaches in my past and I have found out the reason why. I get dizzy to, but that is just when I get up quickly. I get headaches a lot! The reasoning is because my body needs potassium and electorolites... sorry I dont think I spelt that right. Just try having two potasium pills and drink a whole gatorade for three days straight. I guarentee that your headache's will go away. It works for me. Just remember to have lots of potassium and electorlites and only have to potassium when you have a bad headache, just have one when you are starting to get a small one. Trust me, your body really needs it.

After suffering from migraines for over 10 years and have just found out that my neck and back were the problem, now with the correct treatment my migraines are all most not there. So go and see your doctor and get medical advise. Good luck it may take a while but there is help out there you don't have to live with this.

You would have to eat a lot of peanuts to get your protein needs met.

Why don't you go to a nutritionist and get your diet sorted and then your headaches will go.

Please don't do the gatorade/potassium thing. Just drink water and milk.

Even though your getting protien your body is very low on necessary electrolytes it need to keep you in a balance so get those lytes and see the new you

dehydration is the most common cause for headaches try drinking plenty of water, little and often and about 2 litres a day and see how that helps or you may need glasses
