Migraine triggers??

i was trying to figure out why i had such a bad migraine this past week. i realized that the only thing different in my diet or my schedule was this pack of raspberries i got. i had raspberries before but not that brand. i also noticed some of them were moldy but i picked those out before i ate the rest. could this have caused my migraine?

Sometimes its one thing that triggers it, but usually it's a combination of two or three things.
I would try to remember what other things you did then - chocolate; MSG; air pressure; chemical fumes; wine.
Red wine that has been open a while is a cause. Maybe the mouldy fruit has a similar effect.
