What's migraine headache ? What's the cause and cure? Can it be found in a 13yr-old-kid?

Yes, it can be in any age.
Reasons are many, pl see what suits you.
If you are in cold country use all warm things.
Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm.
If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

I had my first migraine when I was twelve years old. There is no cure for them. U have to take them to a specialist. They will start medications as a daily preventative and something they take when they feel it coming on. Yall may have to go thru several medications to find one that helps, everybody is different. I have taken so many triptans and daily preventative and still have not found the right combination. Stress can play a big part with migraines too. Just go and be patient even thou I know how hard it is. Migraines have taken over my life the last 2 years and have even lost my job of 13 years. Makes matters 100 times worse.
