Is it true that more women than men suffer from migraines? If so, why? Is it hormonal....?

and what can we do about it?

It is true and is probably due to differences in the anatomy and hormones.

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to help.

I suffer from migraines and I was told that it is true women are more prone to them than men. Yes it is hormonal! Also things like stress can contribute. I wish i knew what could be done about it but i don't. Hope this helps at least a little.
