11 weeks pregnant, SEVERE MIGRAINE?

I have had the WORST migraine I have ever had in my life! It started yesterday afternoon, and it went through the night and its still here. It hurts sooo bad, I dont want to even look at this computer screen but I am figuring maybe someone can help? :(
Any remedies? I called my DR and they didnt seem to care or be concerned, although I started thinking maybe this could be a warning sign for something but they just brushed it off and said take tylenol.
Its made me very nauseated and I cant really eat without dry-heaving. :(
I hope someone has a trick!
Oh and I have a 16month old so I cant just go lay down, ive already played him two movies just so I can lay on the couch next to him for a little bit.

Ill try a heat pack, Im already freezing, I couldnt imagine trying an ice pack :o Its -12 degrees here not inlcuding windchill. lol oy, this sucks :(

I have cronic migraine and can not take my preventative meds while pregnant. I have a 6 yr old and a 4 yr old while 40 weeks 3 days pregnant with number 3. My best tricks are to keep the lights low and the tempture low or turning a fan on low so you get a slight breeze too keep you from getting over heated. Also try to keep anything with strong odor out of the house. And noise volume on anything low. And if others cant handle the lights being low or you want to be on computer try wearing sunglasses in the house. These are all the best things that help me deal with my migraines. Hope you find somethinng that helps you. Good luck!!

I have migraines as well, but the only thing you can do right now is drink water and take tylenol....If the pain does not go away or gets worse, you can call you doctor back and demand they give you something totake the pain away. I was just prescribed Lortabs which are supposedly safe for the baby as long as you only take them as needed.

Ugh i remember those days-Take two tylenol and use an ice pack on your head-lay in a dark room with silence-That's the best you can do with being pregnant-i always used ice packs on my head, but some use heat instead-

I am sorry. I wish I had an answer for you but I am in the same predicament and my head is pounding. I don't know what to do. I am 16 weeks pregnant and I have a 19 month old daughter.
