Got a serial killer migraine right now?

I'm talking about me!

ouch i hate migranes they make me sick lol
well drink some water , get off the comp or away from tv and go lay in bed or couch but make sure the room is dark and rest your eyes
your migrane should clear soon

I doubt its a proper migraine if your on your computer !

I get them and cant lift my head from the pillow, cant see, feel sick and dizzy, want to cry but it hurts too much and just don't know what to do with myself !

Trust me, you wouldn't be able to even look at a tv or monitor screen if it was migraine.

Take some Ibuprofen and sleep it off.

Drink water, make yourself a coffee with a slice of lemon in it and drink it, put a wet cloth soaked in white vinegar on your forehead and lay down. Go out and get some fresh air.

A warm bath with a cold towel on your forehead then relax on the sofa with warm water with lemon....couldnt beat it! Hope this helps.

Not right now, but if I stay on Y!A much longer, I will. Computers give me a headache, but I just can't stay away from them..lol
