Why is migraine more common to woman than men?

Why is migraine more common to woman than men?

migraines are often hormone related and affect women during their menstrual cycle in many cases.

The most common theories out there are that
1) women are more susceptible to the TRIGGERS of migraines (this is the main one)
2) the migraines might be hormone related
3) men and women handle pain differently (i don't mean that men are more brave or whatever, I mean that they actually, physically feel the symptoms of migraines differently to women)
4) men are less likely to talk to their doctor about it -> less recorded stats on them
