Migraine: mother of the worst headaches?

I have migraine since I know myself. I believe it is hereditary because my father, uncle and aunt also has it.

I think stress, anxiety, less sleep, and being tired causes it.

I believe there is no cure for that. I only get rid of it by throwing up, and relax my stomach but it gives me a pale skin.

What do you guys do for migraine?

Migraines have loads of symptoms but no cure. Just relax. If u can, go on a short vacation. Avoid things that cause migraine. It can be an allergy too. Consult a neurologist. He'll help u in the best manner.

I have a herbal that works really well if you catch it towards the beginning
2 tbsp apricot kernel oil
4 drops rosemary essential oil
10 drops peppermint essential oil
4 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
Mix and apply topically to your temples.

Also light a wooden match and blow it out breathe in the smoke. The sulfer in the smoke is supposed to help. Ive tried it a few times and it did help

I go to the chiropractor immediately and get my neck adjusted. Then go home and lay down for a little while with an eye pillow. I know it sounds stupid, but it's the only thing that works for me.

Eat hot peppers. Research has found they relieve many forms of headaches.

You should go and see your doctor he might prescribe a beta blocker this would help i suffer cluster migraine and they really help me
