You could be grinding your molar teeth at night in your sleep?
It could be diet like Chocolate or wine?
Try this there are two pressure points at the mandibles (that's where the lower jaw is hinged to the upper jaw).
If you place your two fore fingers at the base of the two bottom molars, and move your jaw up and down you can feel the hinge move.
Now these two points will be very tender massage these points in a circular motion until the tenderness goes you will find after a few minutes the migraine will disappear. When you know you are going to get a migraine the earlier you start the massage the quicker it will go.
Now if it does not go then you have not massaged the correct points keep trying to find the tender points. good luck

Recent changes in your lifestyle may be responsible for your migraine. Check it out with your doctor to rule out any other serious causes.

Reducing stress, eye strains, don't remain hungry for long etc might help.

Medicine - Periactin. I used to get migraines a lot! Like at least once a week. I changed my diet a bit and they stopped (the medicine stopped them though, but I'd take them when the aura would come). Now only every less than once in a while I'll get one.

I have found that coffee and an ice pack works better than any prescription ever could. Good luck!

My boss takes that and it works immediately. Try it at least. Everyone is different.
