Ideas about migraine and cluster headaches. oxygen? any other ideas. please help!?

i heard that breathing in high concentrates of oxygen increase the blood flow in you brain and help cure headaches and migraines.
well i found these little oxygen containers where it has 90 or 95% pure oxygen in it and it somewhat like an inhaler.
they are by a company called Healiohealth.
(the natural "flavor" or one of the actual flavors)
my last migraine wasn't that bad and exedrine migraine and and cookie with chocolate made it much better, but the one before that was so bad that with in the course of 2 hours i threw up 7 times. (yes this is true i swear on my life)
and i get headaches if i'm outside to long or it gets really bright, or if things are to loud or lately if i watch tv, or am on the computer for more than about 15 min. also any bit of stress triggers head aches and sometimes sour stomache comes along with it

oxygen is not a serious action
it is also used in things as simple as boosts in the middle of work outs

Most migraines are caused by inflammation or swelling of the blood vessels, and increasing blood flow would probably cause them to dialate further, increasing the level of pain. The best treatment for a migraine is usually something with some caffeine in it, like Exedrin, and to avoid bright lights and loud noises. Headaches can also be caused by stress and dehydration so make sure to try and manage your stress levels and get plenty of water. Oh, and flourescent lights and aspartame(an artificial sweetener in most diet drinks and sugar-free candies/gums) have been proven to trigger migraines in some people.
