Am I getting a migraine or is it something else?

I always get headaches and my left eye hurts really really badly. My whole left side goes numb including my mouth, face, arm and leg. I vomit quite a bit and it usually lasts about 10 hours.
My friend tells me I might be getting migraines... or could it be something else?

You experienced a migraine with associated symptoms. Its cause is a spirit (ghost), which you felt when experiencing the numbing sensations - often described as tingling. Typically, but not always, migraines are a form of discipline to keep the sufferer from sinful behavior.

The spiritual cause of migraines was first recognized more than 3,500 years ago by the ancient Egyptians. However, science considers this explanation as a superstition but, for some strange reason can't quite figure out the cause.

I would say yes but you need to go to the ER if you are still having problems because once they get that bad they are the only ones who can get the pain down. I know I was there last night with bad migraine.......had 2 shots of demerol and 1 shot of morphine and 1 shot of Imitrex for migraines so needless to say they did good getting rid of it and now i just have to take it easy for the next couple of weeks and that's okay by me....As long as I don't end up in the ER again....

Try water therapy by drinking 4 glasses after waking then breakfast after 45 min. do it 30 days or often. exercise for 30 min. daily for often. they are tips for cleansing toxic.
avoid chocolate, peanuts, cheese. they cause migrain.
if persist, see doctor.

i think uyou should go straight to your doctors or if they dont do nothing for you go hospital because that dont sound like a migraine if your going numb from the face down sorry but it can be more seriouse i reall think you should get it checked asap

yes it is a migrain, try taking a pain releiver.. maybe head on or something
