Migraine headaches and bruises?

my wife has chronic migraines and are often followed with a bruise or two. usually in an unsual place. inner arm or thigh for example. any suggerstions will be appreciated.

There's a new development in migraine therapy:
If she gets migranes a lot, you might wanna take her to a doctor to get it checked out, and fixed. and the bruise thing, thats not normal. Good Luck tho!
I found your questions interesting since I have found some unexplained bruises on my self also. In your wife's case I thought it would be kind of strange that after a migraine these bruises would appear. My bruises, I think are from unnoticed bumps. So, out of curiosity and, believe or not, out of worrying for your wife's health I made a quick g oogle search and I found this. I believe your wife should really see a doctor just in case. This info I provided should not alarm you since it can be a case of unnoticed bumps too, but it's always best to make sure everything's alright.

"Sometimes, unexplained bruises, or blood spots under the skin that look like bruises, can point a finger at more serious medical conditions, including:

* effects of medications or supplements 鈥?aspirin, anticoagulants (blood thinners), corticosteroids, and dietary supplements, such as fish oil, ginkgo, ginger, and garlic
* a bleeding or clotting disorder
* nutritional deficiencies of vitamins B12, C, K, or folic acid
* inflammation of a blood vessel(s)
* liver disease
* sepsis 鈥?a widespread presence of infection-causing organisms or their toxins in the blood or tissues
* chronic inflammatory diseases, e.g., lupus
* certain cancers, including Hodgkin's disease, leukemia, or multiple myeloma"

Read the whole article. It's quite interesting. Hope this helps and good luck. :-)
Whenever a headache strikes drink lots of water .Lack of oxygen may have lead to your headache. Place a few ice-cubes in a polythene bag, and apply this on the forehead and temples. Check out http://useinfo-headache.blogspot.com/... for more info
I've had many migraines and never gotten bruises with them. Here is a website that maybe able to help. This is a website that has other people that also has migraine headache sufferers as well.
There is no medicine for it.
You have no better treatment than Acupuncture.
Pl try this-drop 2 drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite side nostril if one side pains and both if full H/A. It will disappear.
Yog will also help.
Pl read some literature on naturopathy also.
