Neurologist. Also - there are lots of pain-management centers opening, and they can give you access to anestesiologists.

A neurologist is your best bet. My facility just opened a "headache clinic" and it is run by a neurologist but it is staffed with an accupuncturist, massage therapist, and counselors who help teach relaxation techniques. The neurologist will probably order a CT of the head to make sure there isn't a tumor in your brain or something first. Meanwhile good luck with the migraines they can be tough to deal with. Best wishes :)
