Are there any prevenative tips in fighting from getting multiple sclerosis?

Ruhamah,
Hello, again. There are unfortunately, no preventive measures to prevent MS.
I add a link to the Society's web-site, that contains internal links which may be of interest.

No not really.
You can tell if you have it from a part of the brain at the base of the scull. (via xray)
Often families that have auto immune problems, like ulcerative colitis, ibs, primary billiary cirrosis, reumatoid artheritis etc. sometimes find that a member may have this.
