What Effects Multiple Sclerosis (MS)?

I know that Zinc and Heat (Any Severe Weather Really) can cause problems for people with MS, but is there anything else that effects it that should be avoided?

I have been living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for quite a long time now and I am astonished at the LACK of information available regarding such things.

Gosh lots of things can effect MS. MS effects us all a little differently. I as well have had MS for many years.
I really don"t have too many things that I avoid. Heat can be an issue so if I'm out in the heat I keep my core temperature cool by keeping lots of cold water to drink and splash on my neck if needed. I limit alcohol, eat a good balanced diet and get lots of exercise, I love yoga .
Just keep moving and stay as active as possible.
Hang in there..

kindly search yahoo/google by typing ur specific doubt/Question. U'll certain get the required info.

good luck to u.
