Those with Multiple Sclerosis, do you have a burning sensation throughout your body in addition to the fatigue?

and decreased vision when you are having a relapse?

Yes I have experienced a burning sensation, mostly in my neck area and my feet. It was pretty common for a couple of years the began to diminish, now I feel it only occaisionally.
The fatigue is always there. Some days I hit the wall in the morning other times in the early afternoon.
My vision is affected by optic neuritos andthat is usually how a flare will begin for me. I lost vision in my right eye but it came almost all the way back after IV steriods.
I started taking amino pryridine (4-AP) and it seems to help with the fatigue.

God bless you too Jena, I'm sorry you were struck with MS at such a young age. Report Abuse

I have had M.S for 10yrs I was diagnosed at the age of 14, now I am 24 and going threw a relapse right now. Everyone with this disease experience different symptoms so to answer your question yes you can have burning sensation, fatigue and decreased vision when having a relapse. Please call your Doctor or go to the ER to get help right away. The faster you go to get medical attention the better chance u have of it not getting worst.
