Has anyone with Multiple Sclerosis suffered from severe neck pain?

I'm still in the testing stage but for months have had this unbelievable neck pain. MRI showed no major neck problem other than age appropriate condition. (57)

Yes. I had severe neck pain. I tried a NUCCA Chiropractor. This helped the pain but he still insisted I get an MRI. The MRI showed a large lesion in my cervical spine. Another MRI showed lesions on my brain. The diagnosis was Multiple sclerosis. My neck hurt for about 6 months then the pain went away. I still have a lesion there although it is significantly smaller now but no pain.
Yes. My aunt had that and here whole back/neck hurt all the time.
My husband who has MS suffers from severe neck and back pain on a daily basis.
I am also in the waiting stage of getting a diagnosis.I have a muscle on my rt neck and shoulder that tightens and causes me pain that gives me severe headaches and arm pain. The only good thing about it,it's a free facelift. It actually tightens so much that I get "Dr. Spock" eyebrows.I think it's spasticity.
