Have you used any of these for mental health healing Applied Kinesiology/CranioSacral Therapy/Naturopathy?

I have had enough of 'conventunal' medication and treatment. I feel I have come to a point where it is not enough - it is not working. I feel totally blocked up and walled in by my emotions and walls of defences and depression. Someone suggested applied kinesiology or other natural treatments. Have you ever experienced anything like that for treatment of emotional problems and anxiety and depression?

It seems to make sense - they say they can unblock you and I feel VERY VERY blocked.

If your emotions become unblocked in this kind of treatment what happens? Is is painful? Do the emotions flood out of you?

Used Cranio Sacral Therapy for a while. It worked fine and have been fine ever since.
