Can some one recommend reliable Naturopathy Centre in London for treatment of mouth ulcers.?


I am having recurrence of mouth ulcers or so called canker sores in side my mouth over the last six months.. I am sick of all sorts of allopathic treatment in terms of mouth wash, antiseptic pain killer gels, antibiotics etc. The pian is really unbearable.

Get on a good multivitamin and supplement program
Use Peroxyl mouth rinse daily

i think that instead of trying any alternative medicine which may have its own side effects , you should practise some Yoga, there are number of excercises like pranayam, kapalbhati and anulom vilom which works as natural healer for all body ailments and believ me it really works.

A simple homely suggession for mouth ulsers is eating dry coconut . It works .
Use Glycerine of Thymol from Boots.
They have the nouth wash and the Lozenges.
