Diet/ nutrition question?


okay i want to lose 10 pounds by the end of august.
right now i am 125 lbs. 5'4" and 14 years old.
i want to do this in a healthy way. since i have a little less than five months to do this, do you think it will be enough time?
i really want to tone my legs and stomach the most. how much should i workout per week and what should i eat to achieve my goal?

That is PLENTY of time to loose 10 lbs. To loose weight and tone your legs, I would recommend you do plenty or cardio... run, stairs, cycling. I'd do cardio about 4-5 x a week
To tone your stomach... you gotta loose the flab then do some crunches and leg lifts. Ab workout = 2-3 week.
You also have to healthy to be able to achieve weight lost. Drink plenty of water and eat lost of fruit and veggies.

it will be easy. Thats less than a pound a week. Remember 20minutes of QUALITY exercise/ day. Watch what rubbish you put in your mouth and live life,your only 14 you have your whole life to get into shape.

brisk walk 1-2 hours a day..eat a diet consisting of raw almonds,green tea(3 glasses a day),water(8 glasses a day), lowfat dairy(moderately),steamed fishes(moderately).lots of fresh fruits and vege,with minimal carbs..

,you could lose 10 lbs and more in the length of time you have set 3 times a week for an hour should be enough for your work out.

Eat a big breakfast
It is interesting to note that 80 percent of the people who are overweight eat a small breakfast or none at all. Eighty percent of thin people eat a large breakfast. Your breakfast should consist of as much as you want of the following items. Everything listed should be organic. Apples, pears, berries, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs, rye bread, raw butter (raw means not pasteurized and not homogenized), raw milk, plain yogurt (this means no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, beef in any form as long as it鈥檚 organic, chicken in any form as long as it鈥檚 organic, lamb in any form as long as it鈥檚 organic, tuna, sardines, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, salsa, celery, carrots, any vegetable, potatoes in limited amounts, coffee in limited amounts made with pure water not tap water with raw milk or cream and raw evaporated sugar cane juice or honey as a sweetener, real tea (not tea in tea bags).

Eat a huge salad at lunch & dinner
I don鈥檛 care if your lunch is a cheeseburger, French fries, and a pint of ice cream, add to it a big, huge salad and eat that first. You鈥檒l be amazed that you lose weight. The salad can contain anything you like as long as it is only vegetables and they are organic. The salad dressing should be organic olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or organic vinegar. If you really want to speed the weight loss process use organic apple cider vinegar. Add some organic sea salt, fresh ground pepper, or some garlic for taste.

it might take like 5 weeks? i lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks? it was healthy too. i went for a 45 minute run and just ate lots of yogurt, fruits, granola, stuff like that.. and only drank water.. no other soda/juice.. special k is good for breakfast too! make sure that you eat enough/stay hydrated!

You can actually get toned legs, flat abs, in 4 weeks doing this

You can also start eating really healthy like organic foods.
They really cleanse your body and clean out all the fat..
