I'm looking to increase my total muscle mass and get a 6pac. I just need to know a good nutrition diet.?


I have a great excersising routine down but I feel that I don't have a good diet. Can anyone help with what foods I should eat and how much protein intake I should have to get the best results?

brown rice, salmon, natural peanut butter, swordfish, whole grain bagels, whey protein, eggs, protein bars...preferably metr-x big 100s best protein bars out there, whole grain noodles, tilapia, skim milk
thats basically everything i eat the whole day
and for protein
take about 1 gram per amount of body weight
i usualy od by like twice cuz i weigh 150 and have about 300 in me every day but its kinda hard on the kidneys so idk

eat alot of

oatmeal
brown rice
yams
salmon
tuna
chicken
nuts
salads
brown bread....
