A girl said nutri grain bars are not healthy ii dont agree heres the nutrition facts? |
OK i eat nutri grain bars on weekdays when i hav school ONLY! is it healthy here sthe nutrition facts That is a LOT of sugar for a snack! Apart from that it's not too bad. Look at the ingredients. I believe that the first or second ingredient is high fructose corn syrup, which isn't great. A lot of packaged products contain high fructose corn syrup, look into an all natural or organic brand for a healthier choice. Also, I like to look for snack bars made with 100% whole grains. Well depends on how many you have and if you look at the serving size it tells you how much that nutrition fact contains in the serving size so i would say that it is an ok snack if it fills you up then great but if you need to eat more then i suggest you stop eating them |
