NUTRITION INFORMATION of tripe?

NUTRITION INFORMATION of tripe?

According to this website, tripe is 55 calories per 2 oz serving, but most people usually have at least a bowlful in soup, so probably about 200 calories of tripe for a real serving.

This site says 4 oz of raw tripe is just under 100 cal:

The rest - protein, fat, cholesterol (46% of your daily limit in a 4 oz serving!) is also in that link.

I do not know the nutritional content but I like it properly prepared.
